Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Sweet Confessions. By using Sweet Confessions service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods and services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.
Colouring and ingredients

Sweet Confessions does not guarantee to match the exact colour and designs chosen. Every effort will be made to ensure that the final product is matched to the colours chosen as much as possible.

Please be aware that your cake is being prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used.

Sweet Confessions recommends that items made of sugar paste not be eaten as they contain a high concentration of food colourings.

Many decorations contain wires, picks, jewel and other non edible products.
Set up

Please ensure that the cake presentation table at the venue is level, stable and strong enough to hold the weight of your cake.

Once the cake has been collected or delivered and set up Sweet Confessions can not be held responsible for any damages which occur.
Equipment

All equipment requires a deposit plus a hire fee.The deposit will be reimbursed on full to the hirer upon the return of the hired equipment.

The deposit will not be returned if the equipment is damaged in any way.Damage includes cuts, chipped, scratched, broken, cracked, dented or discoloured.

All equipment must be returned by a specified date or a late fee of $5 per day.
Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.All deposits are non-refundable.No order is confirmed until a deposit is received.

Once a deposit is received a receipt will be issued.
Balance Due

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to the date required, unless full payment has been received, goods will not be supplied.
Cancellations

If for any reason you require the cancellation of your cake or goods the following charges will apply

14 days after confirming your order and up to 14 days prior to delivery date incurs 50% cancellation fee of the total amount in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

7days prior to date of supply the customer will be charged the full amount of their order. No refund will be given.
Confirmation
All quotes are valid for 30 days.After 30 days new quotes will need to be re-issued. -
Orders will be confirmed only once deposit has been recieved.
- Any changes made to your orders must be made within 14 days of delivery date or will incur a surcharge.
